I think it was lost in transit so it’s USPS fault. But I was told I would get a replacement order. I will def like to buy more products!

AMAZING!!!

the color is so pretty, the gloss is pretty hydrating, and i only have to apply a tiny bit in the mornings and the color stays all day. when i feel my lips drying out, i apply a clear chapstick and voila, good as new! i have already recommended this product to multiple friends!! my order was also shipped very quickly after i placed the order.
